Every single Hawk pick is unique. Each one is lovingly handcrafted by our team of artisan craftsmen who strive to create the gauge you want within the tolerances of the material we use. Our material is not ideally suited to an automated machine process, so we cannot guarantee a consistent, micrometer-precision gauge but we aim to achieve the midpoint of the gauge “range”. We will never sacrifice the tonal properties of our picks just so we can boast about machine-like consistency.
